In June 2006, C~BASE were commissioned to prepare a Neighbourhood Plan for the Wellington Street area and an Environmental Improvement Scheme for the Seymour Street area of Hanley.  This became the first application of the unique C~BASE regeneration model pioneered by CRP with Trinity Architecture and Design Ltd. In 2006, CRP’s Angus Kennedy was appointed to advise and support Hull’s New Deal for Communities and Hull City Council in the consideration of the establishment of a community-based housing association (CBHA).

Since 2006 CRP have been working with Trinity Architects to develop Community Base (or C~Base).  This is a new approach to neighbourhood renewal that offers a 21st century solution to the age old question of how to deal with neighbourhoods in decline. Read the rest of this entry »

In December 2005, CRP was commissioned by Rugby Borough Council to consider the issues that were affecting the local community in Brownsover and to suggest how the Central Shopping area could be improved to bring about a positive social benefit to the whole of the Brownsover area.
