In 2008 CRP were appointed to investigate potential opportunities for Local Space Ltd Housing Association to develop their model in Housing Market Renewal Areas.

In October 2007, CRP and its partner, C~BASE, were appointed to develop and deliver a £1.5million facelift and environmental works programme in the Seymour Street area of the City Waterside Area of Major Intervention in Stoke on Trent.  Read the rest of this entry »

In June 2006, C~BASE were commissioned to prepare a Neighbourhood Plan for the Wellington Street area and an Environmental Improvement Scheme for the Seymour Street area of Hanley.  This became the first application of the unique C~BASE regeneration model pioneered by CRP with Trinity Architecture and Design Ltd.
