In May 2011, building on their recent very successful work, CRP were offered a further contract by Hastings Borough Council and Local Space Housing Association. The annual Awards Ceremony of the Homes and Communities Agency took place in London in September 2010. Angus Kennedy was one of the judges, as he has been since 2007. These awards were formerly the Regeneration and Renewal awards.

The 2010 Regeneration Masterclass was another resounding success. It took place amidst a changing political landscape: the first two modules, in March and April, were delivered during the final months of the Labour government, while the third module, in May, took place just after the General Election which brought in the new coalition government of Conservatives and Liberal Democrats. -
