In June 2006, C~BASE were commissioned to prepare a Neighbourhood Plan for the Wellington Street area and an Environmental Improvement Scheme for the Seymour Street area of Hanley.  This became the first application of the unique C~BASE regeneration model pioneered by CRP with Trinity Architecture and Design Ltd. Since 2006 CRP have been working with Trinity Architects to develop Community Base (or C~Base).  This is a new approach to neighbourhood renewal that offers a 21st century solution to the age old question of how to deal with neighbourhoods in decline. Read the rest of this entry »

In December 2005, CRP was commissioned by Rugby Borough Council to consider the issues that were affecting the local community in Brownsover and to suggest how the Central Shopping area could be improved to bring about a positive social benefit to the whole of the Brownsover area. In 2004 CRP advised GOWM upon involving residents in decision making processes, reflecting CRP’s ability to work from grassroots to Government in order to promote positive change in Britain’s communities.
