In 2005 CRP conducted an Option Appraisal for Walsall Housing Group in relation to the possible retention or demolition of high rise blocks.  This built on Castle Vale Housing Action Trust’s experience of option appraisal which had led to the demolition of 32 tower blocks and the refurbishment of 2000 homes.
