In March 2009 CRP were appointed by Herefordshire Housing to deliver an option appraisal for the preparation of a Community Renewal Plan for the Oval Regeneration Area in Newton Farm, Hereford.  The Community Renewal Plan is a vision and comprehensive plan that will lay the foundation for a more detailed discussion with Herefordshire Council identifying options for regeneration, clearance and redevelopment.  CRP are carrying out the work in partnership with E C Harris and Trinity Architecture.  The contract is due to be completed in Autumn 2009.
