In November 2008 the Housing Corporation’s Centre for Cities published a Report entitled ‘Housing and Economic Development: Moving Forward Together’.  The Report praised the work of the Housing Action Trusts and featured Castle Vale Housing Action Trust as a case study highlighting an integrated approach that linked housing with economic and social outcomes, with very successful results.
