In November 2008 Angus Kennedy was part of a UK delegation advising the Taiwanese Government.  The aim of the programme was to share UK regeneration experience and best practice and to visit a number of areas of Taiwan where major regeneration projects had stalled and to run a series of workshops with key national and local Government officials aimed at unblocking the projects.  Among the presentations delivered by Angus was ‘Turning a Vision into a Strategy and Reality’.
