Late in 2007 John Downie and Angus Kennedy were commissioned by Nottingham City Council to help prepare a major conference on the theme of Strategic Regeneration.  The Conference took place in April 2008.  John and Angus also gave two presentations at the Conference.  John delivered the Keynote presentation, entitled ‘A Route Map to Nottingham 2030’, while Angus’ presentation was entitled ‘Creating Successful Mixed Communities’.
