During 2008 CRP as a member of the C~Base team delivered a costed option appraisal for a neighbourhood in the Lozells area of Birmingham.  The area is a key area identified for intervention in the Birmingham – Sandwell Housing Market Renewal area.  The option appraisal provided up to date costed development and environmental improvement options for areas of land that had been subject to clearance and demolition activity.
