In November 2007 Angus Kennedy was invited to compere the Neighbourhood Management Awards ceremony organised by the National Neighbourhood Management Network.  The awards were presented by Hazel Blears MP.  The event had previously been organised by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Angus had been a successful compere on previous occasions.
