City Waterside Area of Major Intervention, Stoke on Trent
In October 2007, CRP and its partner, C~BASE, were appointed to develop and deliver a £1.5million facelift and environmental works programme in the Seymour Street area of the City Waterside Area of Major Intervention in Stoke on Trent. This work was a natural conclusion of C~BASE’s successful option generation work in Stoke. This was the first use of C~BASE’s unique fly-through model and enabled the community and key stakeholders to find the best solution for their regeneration needs within agreed financial constraints in real time.
Work on site began in November 2007 and concluded in May 2008
