In 2007 CRP provided specialist advice on strategic private sector housing issues to Scott Wilson in support of the Derwent Masterplan in Derby.  The Masterplan focussed on a multi tenure New Deal for Communities area in Derby.  CRP’s role was to interpret the Local Authority private sector housing strategy and to provide specialist input to the option appraisal.
