In early 2007 CRP were asked to assist Barratts in formulating proposals for the regeneration of two sites on behalf of English Partnerships, British Waterways and Advantage West Midlands.  CRP’s expertise was sought on various aspects of the proposals, including Jobs and Training, Community Engagement and their knowledge of the area (how the sites fitted into the broader area and their potential as a catalyst for wider regeneration of the area).  CRP were also asked to consider other possible uses for parts of the land/buildings, eg. health or leisure activities.
