In October 2006 Angus Kennedy delivered this session for over 100 delegates from all over Scotland, considering the question ‘How can we change the way people think and feel about places?’  Improving residents and visitors’ perception of areas is a key part of successful regeneration.  The Masterclass helped professionals working with and for Communities Scotland to recognise the importance of image management and to learn how to handle it effectively to ensure successful regeneration.
