In 2006 English Partnerships appointed Angus Kennedy in his role as Neighbourhood Renewal Adviser as part of the Millennium Communities Programme to support the Beth Johnson Group in Telford.  Angus reviewed options available for the development of a neighbourhood governance proposal for the new Millennium Communities project in the East Ketley area of Telford.
