In October 2007, The Scarman Trust appointed CRP’s Donald McIntosh to facilitate commissioning for the “third sector” in Birmingham.  CRP’s extensive experience of working in partnership with varied public, private and voluntary sector organisations made it the ideal partner to deliver this initiative.
