In 2007 CRP was retained as an advisor by major private sector firm Lovell Partnerships, to co-ordinate their National Affordable Housing Programme and to help them bid for funding for 2008-11. This contract showed CRP’s ability to act as a bridge between the public and private sectors and help commercial companies to develop their attractiveness to public sector partners, funders and sponsors.
