In 2005 CRP acted as a Partner to one of the successor organisations it established to succeed the Housing Action Trust which CRP’s staff led with distinction between 1993 and 2005.  CRP provided advice on how the Neighbourhood Partnership Board could achieve meaningful resident involvement, to help ensure that the community remained sustainable and would not decline again after the completion of the HAT-led wide-ranging regeneration.
