For 3 years from 2005 CRP provided support to this Private Developer as it shaped its bid for a Housing Grant.  This contract showed CRP’s ability to act as a bridge between the public and private sectors and help commercial companies to develop their attractiveness to public sector partners, funders and sponsors. Lovell Partnerships were one of the successful bidders for Private Developer Grant.
