    In January 2011 Angus Kennedy featured in an article in 24 Housing magazine outlining the key requirement of a Board Chair for a feature on Career Development.  Angus talked about how he had come to be appointed Chair of Cross Keys Homes, and what particular skills and experience he thought were necessary for the job.  Asked for his top tips he said:  ‘Follow your instincts in terms of your career and concentrate on adding value in whatever you do, whether paid or unpaid.  Recognise that chairing a housing association is a fulfilling but challenging role that requires a combination of leadership, negotiation, partnership and team building skills.’
